CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
March 9, 1967
The Mayor called for a Special Meeting of the City Council of Palm
Beach Gardens. It was held at 5:15 P.M., Thurdsay, March 9, 1967,
at the City Hall, 10128 Meridian Way, Meridian Park, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida. Vice Mayor Hughes presided.
QUORUM Vice Mayor Hughes called the roll. All Councilmen were present ex-
cept Mayor Diamond.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The purpose of the meeting was to consider Proposed Res. #7 -1967,
naming the time and place where the general election shall be held
on March 21, 1967; appointing the election officials for the gen-
eral election and run -off election; and providing for straw vote,
and also to authorize the City Attorney to investigate the respon-
sibility for a traffic signal at U.S. #1 and P.G.A. Boulevard.

VOTE by the Clerk. Vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion. Vice Mayor
Hughes instructed the Clerk to read the Resolution. Motion by Coun-
cilman Bonner, seconded by Councilman Earle, that Res. #7 -1967 be
adopted as read by the Clerk. Vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion.

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilman Earle, seconded by Councilman Brown, that the
meeting be adjourned. Vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:25 P.M.
