SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 7, 1966
SPECIAL MEETING: Upon the call of the Mayor, a special meeting of the City
Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 4:00 o'clock P.M., Monday,
March 7, 1966 in the Court Room of the City of Palm Beach Gardens
Police Station. This call for the special meeting was issued in a
letter dated March 3, 1966, signed by Mayor Ted Dela Court.
QUORUM: The City Clerk called the roll of Councilmen and announced
that a quorum of the City Council was present. Councilman James F.
Kelleher was absent.
PROPOSED ORDINANCE The Mayor called for a reading of Ordinance 0 -N, the
0 -N; UTILITY
FRANCHISE: — Utility Franchise, which was read in full. It was moved by Council-
I man Miller and seconded by Councilman Cargill that proposed Ordinance
O -N be passed. After lengthy discussion, the Ordinance was
unanimously passed on first reading.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting,
it was duly adjourned.
WAIVER: By his signature to these minutes, each Councilman hereby
waives notice of this meeting.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of PALM BEACH
GARDENS, Florida, that the City shall use voting machines
in the General Election to be held on Tuesday, March 15, 1966
that comply with the requirements of Section 67 of General
Ordinance No. 11 - ELECTION CODE.
