MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 20, 1966
SPECIAL Upon the call of the Mayor, a Special Meeting of the
MEETING
City Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10 :45
P.M. Wednesday, April 20, 1966 in the Meridian Park
Club House, Meridian Park, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
ROLL CALL At the Roll Call, all Councilmen present.
PURPOSE OF The meeting was called for the purpose of authorizing
the City Attorneys to appear in a certain law suit
brought by residents of the City of Palm Beach Gardens
and authorizing the City's Attorneys to take such action
in said suit as will comply with the law. The particular
suit dealt with Ordnance 0 -K and attempted to de -annex
certain properties from the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
RESOLUTION On motion by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman
X1966
Dela Court, the Clerk was instructed to read Resolution
#6 -1966, with the following changes:
Second paragraph should read -
"whereas two residents" in lieu of "three residents"
as previously written.
The motion was passed unanimously, 5 - 0, in favor of it.
MEETING The meeting was adjourned by unanimous voting.
