MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 25, 1966
REGULAR The regular meeting of the Council of the City of Palm Beach
MEETING
Gardens was held on April 25, 1966 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at
the Meridian Park Club House, Meridian Park, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida.
QUORUM At the direction of the Mayor, the roll was called. All
Councilmen were present.
MINUTES Motion by Councilman Bonner, seconded by Councilman Diamond,
WAIVED
that the Minutes be held and read at the next Regular Meet-
ing. The motion was passed unanimously, 5 -0.
2nd READING Motion was made by Councilman "I,ela Court and seconded by
Councilman Hughes, that Ordinance 0 -0 be placed on 2nd
Reading. Motion was passed unanimously.
FLORIDA Motion made by Councilman Dela Court and seconded by Council -

Clerk. Motion was passed unanimously, 5 -0.
RESOLUTION On a motion by Councilman Hughes, seconded by Councilman
7-1966
RECREATION Bonner that Resolution 7 -1966 be passed as read by the Clerk.
On discussion, Mayor Jackson explained that this Resolution
was to replace Councilman Hughes and Councilman Bonner on the
Recreation Board. Motion was passed unanimously.

'RtSOLUTION On motion by Councilman Hughes and seconded by Councilman
BALL Bonner that Resolution 8 -1966 be approved as read by the
FUNDS
30. Clerk. An explanation of this Resolution was given by
Councilman Hughes. Motion was passed unanimously 5 -0.
RESOLUTION On a motion by Councilman Diamond and seconded by Councilman
Remo Bonner that Resolution 9 -1966 be approved as read by the Clerk.

LEASE WITH Motion by Councilman Hughes, seconded by Councilman Diamond
PHILLIPS? NC.
to resolve that the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
lease, on a month -to -month basis, from Phillips, Inc. Builders,
the premises known as 10128, Building #1, Meridian Way, Palm
Beach Gardens, Florida, as the Municipal Office of said City
at a monthly rental of One hundred seventy -five ($175,00)
Dollars per month, said rental being payable in advance on
the 22nd day of April, 1966, and a like sum on the 22nd day of
each and every month thereafter until said lease is terminated.
This lease may be terminated upon thirty (30) days notice by
either party. The City of Palm Beach Gardens shall pay all
utilities connected with the use of said premises. This lease
is subject to confirmation by the Referee of the United States
District Court, in and for the Southern District of Florida.
Motion was passed unanimously.
ADJOURNED Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Dela Court,
that the meeting be adjourned.
