MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL
MAY 4, 1966
SPECIAL MEETING Special meeting of the Council of the City of Palm Beach
Gardens was called by the Mayor for Wednesday, May 4,
1966 in the Meridian Park Club House, Meridian Park,
Florida, at 10:45 P.M.
ROLL CALL The Mayor instructed the Clerk to call the roll. All
Councilmen were present.
PURPOSE The purpose of the meeting was to place on first reading
Ordinance #4 -1966, an Ordinance amending ordinance #l,
the Zoning Ordinance, by adding an additional use per -
mitted to Zoning District 0-2. The amendment is as follows:
SECTION XT A. Section XI A of Ordinance #1, Zoning Ordinance
7.7 Ord.# 1 be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding
to Section XI A.38 to read as follows:
"38. Public utilities, electric sub - stations
and distribution centers, gas regulation
centers and underground gas holder stations."
FIRST On motion by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman
READING
MOTION Bonner, Ordinance #4 -1966 be placed on first reading.
The Mayor instructed the Clerk to read Ordinance 4 -1966.
PASSED The motion was carried by unanimous vote, 5 - 0 in favor
of it.
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for a Public Hearing
HEARING to be held Monday, May 23, 1966 at the regular meeting at
Meridian Park Club House at 8:00 PM.
ADJOURNMENT Motion was made by Councilman Delacourt, seconded by Council-
man Bonner, that the meeting be adjourned at 9 :05 PM.
