SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
August 17, 1966
SPECIAL MEETING Vice Mayor Diamond called for a Special Meeting to be held after
the regular Workshop Meeting, Wednesday, August 17, 1966, at the
Meridian Park Clubhouse, Meridian Park, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
QUORUM Mayor Jackson presided and directed the Clerk to call the roll.
All Councilman were present except Councilman Hughes.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The purpose of the meeting was to place on first reading, Ord. #13-
1966, Rezoning of a parcel of land situated at the Southeast Cor-
ner of U.S. Highway 1, and State Road 703. This parcel of land
had been improperly zoned by a previous Ordinance passed by the
previous Council.

Motion by Councilman Bonner that Ord. #13 -1966, request for re-
zoning of a parcel of land located at U.S. Highway 1, and State
Road 703, be placed on first reading. Motion was seconded by
Councilman Diamond. The vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion.
Mayor Jackson directed the Clerk to read Ord. #13 -1966 in full.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, Mayor
Jackson adjourned the meeting at 9 :40 P.M.
By his signature to these Minutes, each Councilman hereby waives
notice of this meeting.
