SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
December 5, 1966
SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Diamond called for a Special Meeting to be held at the City
Hall, 10128 Meridian Way, Meridian Park, Palm Beach Gardens, Flor-
ida, at 11:02 P.M., December 51 1966. Mayor Diamond presided.
UORUM Mayor Diamond instructed the Clerk to call the roll. All Council-
men were present.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The meeting was called for the purpose of authorizing the City En-
gineer to proceed with the advertisement for bids on the first phase
of the Road Construction Program, which would include the entire
Plat 3 area.
AUTHORIZATION TO Motion by Councilman Bonner, seconded by Councilman Earle, that the

,PROCEED WITH ADVERTISE- Council authorize the City Engineer to make up the advertisement

CONSTRUCTI N PROGRAM for bidding in the first phase of the road program. Vote was 4 -0
in favor of the motion.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilman Hughes, seconded by Councilman Earle, that the
meeting be adjourned. Vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion. Mayor
Diamond declared the meeting adjourned.
WAIVER By his signature to these Minutes, each Councilman hereby waives
notice of this meeting.
