SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 112 1964
SPECIAL MEETING:
Upon the call of the Mayor, a special meeting of the City
Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on
Wednesday, March 11, 1964, at the municipal office of said City,
1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida. This call was announced
by the Mayor at the regular meeting of the City Council held on
Monday, March 9, 1964.
UORUM:
The Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
ORDINANCE OF
The Council read for the second and final time Ordinance 0 -F,
INTENTION TO
ANNEX; ORDINANCE
expressing the intention to annex to the City certain realty
9-F; SECOND READING
AND ENACTMENT:
located in Section 15, Township 42 South, Range 42 East, Palm
Beach County, Florida, which Ordinarce was first introduced at
the meeting of March 9, 1964. There being no objection thereto,
the Council then by unanimous vote authorized that this Ordinance
be ratified and ordained to take effect from the date hereof.
CITY CLERK TO
The Council then advised the City Clerk to publish a notice
PUBLISH NOTICE
OF ORDINANCE:
of the enactment of this Ordinance in accordance with Chapter
171.04, Florida Statutes, 1963.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
was duly adjourned.

ANNEXATION ORDINANCE 111.
An Ordinance to annex certain lands to, and incorporate the same within,
the territorial limits of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF PALM BEACH GARDENS,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Short Title. This Ordinance shall be known as Annexation
Ordinance.
Section Z. As soon as possible after thirty (30) days from the enactment
of this Ordinance, the City of Palm Beach Gardens in common council convened
does hereby declare its intention to annex the following described land in Palm
Beach County, Florida, to, and incorporate same within, the territorial limits
of the City of balm Beath Gardens. to wit,

The Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 15, Township 42 South, Range 42 East,
Palma Beach County, Florida,

commonly known as the 5tolkin 40.
Section 3. It is the intent of this Ordinance to comply with the provisions
of Chapter 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1963, authorising the City to annex unincor-
porated areas to, and incorporate the same within, its territorial limits.
Section 4. Effective bate. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
Passed and approved by the Council of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS,
the 9th day of March, 1964.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE EXPRESSING INTENTION
TO ANNEX REALTY TO CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS

STATE OF FLORIDA
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
TO THE CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF PALM BEACH GARDENS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That on the 11th day of March, 1963, the City
Council of PALM BEACH GARDENS enacted Ordinance 0 -F, expressing the in-
tention to annex to the said City certain realty located in Section 15,
Township 42 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, and further
stating that said annexation shall take place as soon after thirty (30)
days from date of enactment of said Ordinance as possible.
That said Ordinance 0 -F is on record at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, and may be examined for particulars thereat.
