CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 15, 1964
SPECIAL MEETING: Upon the call of the Vice Mayor, a special meeting of the City
Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday,
April 15, 1964, at the municipal offices of said City, 1001 Park
Avenue, Lake Park, Florida. This call was announced by the Vice
Mayor at the regular meeting of the City Council held on Monday,
April 13, 1964.
QUORUM: The Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
ORDINANCE 0 -F(1); The City Clerk read for the second and final time ORDINANCE
ANNEXATION OF
STOLKIN 40 PRO- 0 -F(1), which provides for the annexation of the Stolkin 40 pro -
PERTYT SECOND READ-
ING AND EMT= perty to the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS effective immediately, and
which Ordinance was first introduced at the meeting of April 13,
1964. It is understood that this property is coming into the City
under Zoning Classification "M ". There being no objection thereto,
the Council by unanimous vote ordained that this Ordinance be ratified
and affirmed to take effect immediately.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
was duly adjourned.

RATIFICATION:
notice of this meeting and confirms his affirmative vote to the
actions recorded in these minutes.
