M. in accordance with the call of the Mayor. QUORUM: The Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was present. PURPOSE: This meeting was called for the purpose of a public hearing and the second reading on the proposed Ordinance O -G which was first introduced at a meeting on September 28, 1964, at 8:00 P. M. PROPOSED ANINEXATION After discussion of the proposed annexation ordinance, the AND SECOND ING AND ADOPTION OF City Council then read for the second and final time Ordinance O -G ORDINANCE O -G: and by unanimous vote ordained that this ordinance be enacted to take effect immediately. ADJOURNMENP: There being no further business to come before the meeting, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, same was adjourned. LEA, T�� c.i� MINEXATION ORDINANCE An Ordinance to annex certain lands to, and incorporate the sake within the territorial limits of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA: Section I. Short Title. This Ordinance shall be known as Annexation Ordinance. Section 2. The following described ten (10) parcels of land shall, and the same are hereby, annexed to and incorporated within the territorial limits of the City of Palm Beach Gardena, the owners of said lands having heretofore filed petitions for and consented to such annexation, to -wit: Parcel I Begin at a point 400 ft. vest of Federal Highway No. I on the north line of Goverment Lot 7, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East; run East on the North line of said Goverment Lot 7 to said Federal Highway No. 1; thence in a southerly direction along west side of said Federal Highway No. 1, a distance of 100 foot; thence hest parallel to the north line of said Goverment Lot 7, a distance of 400 ft.; thence in a northerly direction parallel to said Federal Highway No. 1, a distance of 100 ft. to the point of beginning.
