u MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OCTOBER 28,, 11964
SPECIAL MEETING: Upon the call of the Vice Mayor, a special meeting of
the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 A. M.
on Wednesday, October 28, 1964, at the municipal offices of the
said City, 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida. This call was
announced by the Vice Mayor at the regular meeting of the City
Council held on Monday, October 26, 1964.
QUORUM: The Vice Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council
was present.
ORDINANCE O -H; The City Clerk read for the second and final time Ordi-

AND ENACTMENT: nance O -H, which provides for the annexation of certain realty
located at the southeast corner of Lake Park Pest Road and
Military Trail effective immediately, and which ordinance was
first introduced at the meeting of October 26, 1964. It is
understood that this property is coming into the City under Zoning
Classification "C -1 ". There being no objection thereto, the City
Council by unanimous vote ordained that the Ordinance be ratified
and affirmed to take effect immediately.
LICENSE AGREEMENT Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolu-

"BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Palm Beach Gardens, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida:
1. That the City of Palm Beach Gardens, a muni-
cipal corporation of the State of Florida, does hereby
contract and agree to enter into an agreement with
�✓ Florida East Coast Railway Company wherein and whereby
said City of Palm Beach Gardens is given the right and
privilege to construct, install, and maintain certain
water, sewer, and gas pipe lines, as more fully des-
cribed in License Agreement attached hereto and made a

part hereof.
2. That the Vice Mayor with the attestation of the
Town Clerk, be and they hereby are authorized and directed
to execute same said Agreement for and on behalf of said
City of Palm Beach Gardens.
3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.'
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting,
it was duly adjourned.
