MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF PALM
BEACH GARDENS ACTING FOR ITSELF AND AS ZONING BOARD
OF CITY, HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 1964
A special meeting of the City Council, acting for itself and as the
Zoning Board of the City, was held at 1001 Park Avenue, bake Park, Florida,
on Thursday, November 5, 1964, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in accordance with
notice prepared by the City Clerk and published in the Palm Beach Post
on October 6, October 13, October 20 and October 27, 1964. This meeting
was called for the purpose of considering proposed Zoning Ordinance 1 -I,
and arises out of petitions to rezone certain realty located in Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida, from Zoning Classification "R -1" to Zoning Classification
"R- 3. 1'
UORUM: Vice Mayor Horace S. Miller called the meeting to order. The City
.� Clerk called the roll of City Councilmen and announced that a quorum
of the City Council was present.

An Ordinance amending General Ordinance No. 1, and as amended the
Zoning 0rdieance and Zooing MOP of the City of Peels Beach O&VAeQa, Florida,
adopted August 33, 1950, by changing the evening classification and use of
certain lands hereinafter described from Zone Cleeeaification R -1 to Zoea
Classification 1-3.
