HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Council 070863CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL MOWY, JULY 8, 1963 The regular meeting of the City Council was held at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, on Monday, July 8, 1963, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. QUORUM: The Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was present. PROPOSED GENERAL The Mayor advised the City Council that, at his direction, ORDINANCE N0.11- ELECTION CODE: Municipal Counsel had prepared a proposed election code for the City of Palm Beach Gardens. This code would provide the rules and regulations concerning the registration of electors and freeholders, the manner of conducting all elections, and other necessary associated requirements, The Mayor recommended that this Ordinance be adopted by the City Council. This proposed 'Ordinance, tentatively numbered General Ordinance No. 11, was then read in full for the first time. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was duly adjourned to be reconvened in special session at 10:00 o'clock A.M., Thursday, July 11, 1963.
