SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 12, 1963
SPECIAL MEETING: Upon call of the Vice - Mayor, a special meeting of the City
Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on
Tuesday, November 12, 1963, at the municipal office of said City,
1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida. This call was announced by the
Vice -Mayor at the regular meeting of the City Council held on Monday,
November 11, 1963.
gUORUM: The Vice -Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
ORDINANCE OF The Council read for the second and final time Ordinance 0 -E,
INTENTION TO
ANNEX; expressing the intention to annex to the City certain realty located
ORDINANCE
0 -E; SECOND in Section 13, Township 42 South, Range 42 East, and in Section 5,
RED
ENACTMENT: Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, which
Ordinance was first introduced at the meeting of November 11, 1963.
There being no objection thereto, the Council then by unanimous vote
authorized that this Ordinance be ratified and ordained to take effect
from the date hereof.
CITY CLERK TO The Council then advised the City Clerk to publish a notice of
PUBLISH NOTICE
OF ORDINANCE: the enactment of this Ordinance in accordance with Chapter 171.04,
Florida Statutes, 1963.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
was duly adjourned.

waives notice of this meeting and confirms his affirmative vote to
the actions recorded in these minutes.

An Ordinance to annex certain leads to, and incorporate the same within,
the territorial limits of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS.

Section; 13, Township 42 South, Range 42, East, Palm Beach County,
Florida, containing 92,58 acres more or less,

described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter- s#ctiaa corner in the north line of said
Section 5; thanes run southerly, along the east line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 5,* distance of 1651.58 feet; thence westerly,
parallel to the north lira ',of said Section 5, a distance of 1323.19

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE EXPRESSING INTENTION
TO ANNEX REALTY TO CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
STATE OF FLORIDA
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
TO THE CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF PALM BEACH GARDENS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That on the 12th day of November, 1963, the
City Council of PALM BEACH GARDENS enacted Ordinance O -E, expressing
the intention to annex to the said City certain realty located in Section 13,
Township 42 South, Range 42 East, and in Section 5, Township 42 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, ,Florida, and further stating that said
annexation shall take place a$ soon after thirty (30) days from date of
enactment of said Ordinance as possible.
That said Ordinance O -E is on record at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, and may be examined for particulars thereat.
