SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY. DECEMBER 11, 1963
SPECIAL Upon call of the Vice Mayor, a special meeting of the City Council of
MEETING:
Palm Beach Gardens was held on Wednesday, December 11, 1963 at
10 :00 A.M. at the municipal office of said City, 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida. This call was announced by the Vice Mayor at the regular
meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, December 10, 1963.
QUORUM: The Vice Mayor announced that a quorum of the City Council was present.
ORDINANCE The Council then read for the second and final time ORDINANCE
O -E (1);
ANNEXATION O -E (1), which provides for the annexation of the Perlov and Kelly Tracts
OF PERLOV
AND KELLY to the City of PALM BEACH GARDENS effective immediately, and which

SECOND READ- Ordinance was first introduced at the meeting of December 10, 1963.
ING AND ENACT-
MENT: There being no objection thereto, the Council by unanimous vote ordained
that this Ordinance be ratified and affirmed to take effect from the date
hereof.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was duly
adjourned.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF PALM REACH GARDENS, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described two (2) parcels of hood *hall be. axed the
same hereby are. annexed to and incorporated within the territorial
limits of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS. to -wit:
The North three - quarters of the Mouth half of the Northeast
quarter and the South half of the North balf of the Northwest
quarter of Section 13. Township 4i South. gaxge 42 East. Palm
Ho"h County. Florida. containing 92.55 acres ware or lees.
commonly known as the PERLOV PROPERTY; and
PARCEL TWO
The Fast half of Use 1+Me►afawrest Quarter *sad North cost Ouarter of
the Southwest Aesarter of Section S. Township 42 Swath, Range 43
East. LESS, HOWEVER. a parcel of lard in Section 5, Township 42
South. Inge 43 Fast. Palm Beach County. Florida. more particularly
described as follows
Beginning at the quarter - section corner in the north line of said
Section S. thence run southerly, along the east line of the North-
west quarter of said Section S. a distance of 165 1. 58 foot; thence
westerly, parallel to the north line of said Section 5, a distance
of 1923. 19 feet. to a point in the wrest line of the East half of
the Northwest quarter of sold Section S; thence northerly along
the west line of the East half of the Northwest quarter of said
Section S. a distance of 1651.60 ;feet. to a point in the north line
