The regular meeting of the City Council was held at 1001
Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, on February 5, 1962 at 10:00

REZONI.G Xr. Norman D. Rowland, the Vice ?mayor, acting as Mayor,

FROM ZONE "R" Hungryland and Elias Tracts to the City in accordance

were automatically classified Zone "Z ", whereas the land adapted
itself to industrial use. Further the Council was advised that

this change in the Zoning Code and Zoning 'lap.
PRCPOSED The City Clerk then read in full the proposed Amendment

TO TIIE CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF PALK BEACH GARDENS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That on the 1°th day of Febru�iry, 1?62,
at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at 1001 Park avenu(,, Lake Park, Florida,
a meeting will be held by the City Council of PALM BEACH GAR-
DENS, also acting as a Zoning Board, for the purpose of amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Miap of the City of PALM!
BEACH GARDENS, and in particular to reclassify and rezone cer-
tain parcels of land located in Sections 3, 9, 10, and 15,
