SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, MARCH 21, 1962
SPECIAL Upon call of the Vice Mayor, acting as Mayor, a Special Meeting of the
MEETING:
-r City Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on
Wednesday, March 21, 1962, at the municipal office of said City, 1001 Park
Avenue, Lake Park, Florida.
QUORUM: It was announced by the Clerk that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
WAIVER OF Waiver of Notice and Ratification is attached to these minutes.

DEDICATION The Acting Mayor advised the Council that Royal American Realty, Inc., a

GARDENS: Plat No. 5, CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, wherein certain lands
were dedicated to the City for Streets, easements and expressed uses, a copy of
which Plat is incorporated herein by reference.
ACCEPTANCE The Council examined said Plat and it appearing that the same was

Charter of this City, upon Resolution, seconded and unanimously adopted, the
Plat designated PLAT NO. 5, CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, a dedication
of certain lands in the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, as provided
therein was accepted and approved.
ADJOURN- There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting

WAIVER OF NOTICE AND RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
The undersigned, being members of the City Council of the CITY OF PALM
BEACH GARDENS, do hereby waive Notice of the holding of the Special Meeting
of said City Gouncil, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., Wednesday, March 21, 1962
in Lake Park, Florida; and ratify the Minutes thereof, to which this
Waiver is attached.
