SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 14, 1962
SPECIAL Upon call of the Vice Mayor, acting as Mayor, a special meeting
MEETING:
of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
on Friday, September 14, 1962, at the municipal office of said City,
1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida.
QUORUM: The City Clerk announced that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
APPOINTMENT The Vice Mayor, acting as Mayor, advised the City Council that it
OF POLICE
OFFICERS: was advisable to appoint additional persons as Police Officers.
Whereupon, and after further discussion, the following Resolution
was duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED that Robert A. Brown, Harry S. Gould,
Michael E. Manning, Elmer G. Payne, Herbert A. Pecht,
Warren Roberts, and Winston R. Wells be, and the same
hereby are, appointed as Police Officers of the City of
Palm Beach Gardens.
OATHS OF
The oaths of office of all of the aforementioned individuals, as
OFFICE:
Police Officers of the City, will be attached hereto.
ADJOURN-
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
