CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL- MAY 12th, 1961
The regular meeting of the City Council was held at 1001 Park Avenue,
Lake Park, Florida, on Friday, May 12th, 1961, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
QUORUM: It was announced by the Clerk that a quorum of the City Council was
present.
DEDICATION The Mayor also advised the Council that Bankers Life and Casualty
OF CITY OF
PALM BEACH Company, an Illinois corporation duly authorized to do business in
GARDENS
LL_ AT E2. - 3- Florida., had filed with the City Clerk, City of PALM BEACH GARDENS
PLAT N0. 3, wherein certain ]ands were dedicated to the City for
streets, easements and expressed uses, a copy of which Plat is incorporated
herein by reference.
The Council then examined said Plat and it appearing that the same
was in accordance with the statutes of the State of Florida and the Charter
of the City,
ACCEPTANCE Upon Resolution, seconded and unanimously adopted, PLAT N0. 3,
AND APPR07AL
OF PALM BEACH a dedication of certain lands in the City of PALM BEACH GARDENS
GARDENS PLAT
NO. 3. as provided therein, was accepted and approved.
Upon motion the meeting was adjourned.

AND ZONING MAP
STATE OF FLORIDA
CITY OkPALM ]HUCH GARDENS
TO THE CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF PALM BEACH GARDENS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That on the 8th daffy 6-f "June 1961; at 10; 00
o'clock A. M.'at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, a meeting will
be held by the City Council of PALM BEACH GARDENS, also acting as a
Zoning Board, for the purpose of amending the-Zoning Law and Zoning
Map of the CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, to show "the amendment of part
of Zone M to Zone_R =l, and'part'of Zone M to Zone C -2, as described
in a petiti.on'filed by.the Bankers Life and Casualty Company, an
Illinois corporation authorized to do business in Florida;
That said petition is on record at the address above set forth,
and may be examined for the descriptions of the properties therein de-
scribed, and their relation to the Zoning Map.
This Notice is further given for the 'purpose of ratifying the
Zoning`'I'?a.p and Zoning Ordinance of the CITY OF PA1Y1 BEACH GARDENS, and
as amended.
