SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL JULY 110 1961
• SPECIAL Upon call of the Mayor, a Special Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach
MEETING
Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Wednesday, July 119 1961, at the
municipal office of said City, 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida.
PURPOSE The purpose of the meeting was the acceptance of the dedication by Bankers
OF
MEETING Life and Casualty Company of a plat designated PALM BEACH SQUARE, UNIT N06
4, CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS.
WAIVER
OF Waiver of Notice and Ratification is attached to these Minutes.
NOTICE
DEDICATION The Mayor also advised the Council that Bankers Life and Casualty Company,
OF PLAT
UNIT NO. 4 am Illinois corporation duly authorized to do business in Florida, had
PALM BEACH
SQUARE filed with the City Clerk, a plat designated PALM BEACH SQUARE, UNIT N0.
4, City of PAII'I BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, wherein certain lands were dedi-
cated to the City for streets, easements and expressed uses, a copy of which Plat
is incorporated herein by reference.
The Council examined said Plat and it appearing that the same was in
a6cordance with the statutes of the State of Florida, and the Charter of the City:
ACCEPTANCE Upon Resolution, seconded and unanimously adopted, Plat designated PALM
AND APPROVAL
OF PLAT, BEACH SQUARE, UNIT NO. 4, a dedication of certain lands in the City of
UNIT NO. 4
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, as provided therein was accepted and ap-
proved.

The undersigned, being members of the City Council of the City
of PALM B EACH GARDENS, do hereby waive Notice of the holding of the .
Special Meeting of said City.Council, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Wednesday,
July 11, 1961 in Lake Park, Florida; and ratify the Minutes thereof,
to which this 1.4aiver is attached.
