SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting was held at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, on the
20th day of November at 10:00 o'clock -A. M.
The meeting was called to order by the Vice Mayor, acting as Mayor.
QUORUM: The Clerk declared a quorum of the City Council to be present.
ANNEXATION: The Vice Mayor acting as Mayor presented to the City Council petitions
of Bankers Life and Casualty Company, an Illinois corporation authorized
to do business in the State of Florida and American Airmotive Corporation, a
Florida corporation, requesting the annexation to the City of PALM BEACH GARIENS
the territories described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
Upon resolution made, seconded and unanimously approved by the members of
the Council present, it was resolved that the real property described in Exhibits
40 "A" and "B" be annexed to the City of PALM BEACH GAREENS and incorporated therein,
effective November 20th, 1961.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
