MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL - MONDAY, DECEMBER 4, 1961
The regular meeting of the City Council was held at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, on Monday, December 4, 1961, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
UORUM: The Clerk announced that a quorum of the City Council was present.
ADOPTION OF Mr. Rowland, Vice Mayor, acting as Mayor, advised the Council that
ORDINANCE 0 -C,
ANNEXING HUNGRY- proposed Ordinance 0 -C providing for the annexation of the Hungryland
LAND AND ELIAS
TRACTS TO CITY and Elias Tracts of land, read in full before the Council on November 21,
OF PALM BEACH
GARDENS: 1961 was before the Council for second and final reading. Whereupon, and
after discussion of the same, Ordinance 0 -C was read for the second and final time; and,
there being no objection, upon resolution -duly made and seconded, the Council unanimously
adopted said Ordinance to become effective ten days from the date hereof.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further matters before the meeting the same was adjourned.

WAIVER OF NOTICE AND RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
The undersigned, being members of the City Council of the
City of PALM BEACH GARDENS, do hereby waive Notice of the holding
of the Special Meeting of said City Council, at 10:00 o'clock
A. M., Tuesday, December- 5, 1961 in Lake Park, Florida; and ratify
the Minutes thereof, to which this Waiver is attached.
