SPECIAL METING OF TIE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 17► 1960
SPECIAL Upon call of the Mayor, a Special Meeting of the City Council of Palm
Beach Gardens was held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on September 171, 1960, at
the municipal office of said City, 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida.
PURPOSE The purpose of the meeting was the acceptance of the dedication by Bankers
OF
MEETING Life and Casualty Company of PALM BEACH GARDEN ESTATES PLAT NO. 1, of the
CITY OF PALM B,3ACH GARDENS.
WAIVER.
OF Waiver of Notice and Ratification is attached to these Minutes.
NOTICE
DEDICATION The Mayor also advised the Council that Bankers Life and Casualty Company,
OF PLAT
NO. I PA114 an Illinois corporation duly authorized to do business in Florida, had

p ESTATES filed with the City Clerk PLAT NO. 1, PALL BEACH GARDEN ESTATES, wherein
certain lands were dedicated to the City for streets, easements and ex-
pressed uses, a copy of which Plat is incorporated herein by reference.
The Council examined said Plat, and it appearing that the same was in
accordance with the statutes of the State of Florida, and the Charter of the City,
ACCEPTANCE Upon Resolution, seconded and unanimously adopted PLAT NO. 1, PALM BEACH
AND APP30VAL
OF PLAT NO. � GARDEN ES'T'ATES, a dedication of certain lands in the City of PALM BEACH
PALM BaiO GARDENS as provided therein was accepted and approved.

CITY COUNCIL
WAIVER OF NOTICE AND RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
The undersigned, being members of the City Council of the City
of PALM BEACH GARDENS, do hereby waive Notice of the holding of the
Special Meeting of said City Council, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. September
17, 1960 in Lake Park, Florida; and ratify the YAnutes thereof, to which
this Waiver is attached.
