10 :00 o'clock A.M. on the 31st day of May, 1960.
The meeting was called to order by the Phyor.
The Clerk declared a quorum of the City Council to be present.

City of Falm Beach Gardens as of May 31st, 1960, and after a discussion
and exar,ination thereof, and there being no objection thereto, the Council
upon motion duly made and seconded, adopted the following resolution:
RESOLVED: That the same be accepted and made a part of the records of
this meeting. %

This approval pertains only to the water utilities serving this dwelspmsnt aad is
not to be construed as approval of the sewerage aspects. All conosarmW are reminded
that approval must be obtained of both rater and sewage facilities prior to eonstuctiow.
Within the next few days two sets of the approved materials will be retuam d to you.
