MEETING CF COUNCIL
�1— A meeting of the City Council was held at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on the 14th day of April, 1960.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
The Clerk declared a quorum of the City Council to be present.
AGREEP41ENT TO FURNISH ,,'ATER 1IMP SEWER SERVICE
TO KEATING FROF"MTY ',NP ESTABLISH RATES: The ^Mayor presented to the Council
a proposed agreement to furnish water and sewer service to Keating Palm Beach
Froperties, Inc,, and establish rates for such service, and after reading,
discussing and examining tl^e proposed agreement, the Council, upon motion,
authorized the Mayor, Herbert B. Thompson, to execute the same.
The meeting was then adjourne
