MINUTES CF COUNCIL
A meeting of the City Council was held at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, at 10 :00 o'clock A. M, on .august 2, 1960, for the purpose
of reading and discussing a Zoning Ordinance for the City of Palm Beach
Gardens as reccmmended by the Zoning Committee appointed by the Payer,
July 25, 1959.
The meeting was called to order by the "ayor.
The Clerk declared a quorum of the City Council to be present.
PROPOSED ZCNI14G CRDIAT?.NCE: The x 'hyor introduced to the Council for the first
time a proposed Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map
for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and copies were presented to
the members of the Council.
The Zoning Ordinance was read, and the Zoning Hap a part thereof was
m examined, and upon motion duly made and seconded, it was moved that a public
hearing be held in relation to said Zoning Ordinance and ,ap on the 23d day
of lugust, 1960 at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, at 10:00 o'clock
A.I,., and that required notice thereof as provided by statute be given.
The meeting was then adjourned.
