CITY MANAGER REPORT 42 City Manager, Ronald Ferris announced The Government Finance Officers Association of the 43 United States and Canada recently awarded the City of Palm Beach Gardens a Distinguished 44 Budget Presentation Award for the budget year of 2011/12. It is the 15th year in -a -row that the 45 City has received this award. In addition to receiving the award, the City received recognition in 46 Special Capital Recognition and Special Performance Measures Program; thanked Allan Owens 47 and staff.. 48 VII.
