The regular meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chair Woodall.

PRESENT: Chair Phillip Woodall, L. Marc Cohn, Marilyn Lew-Jacobs, Mark Marciano.
ABSENT: Vice-Chair Bernard Pettingill.
ALSO PRESENT: Vice Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso; Finance Administrator,
Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Accounting Manager, Sean O’Brien.

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Committee Member Cohn made a motion to approve the March 22,2012 Minutes.
Committee Member Marciano seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON.
None.
VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
1. FY 2012 Budget Update
Presentation by: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens.
Discussion ensued regarding auditing.
2. Review of the 201 1/12 Budget Committee Report to Council.
Presentation bv: AccountinP ManaPer. Sean O’Brien.
Discussion ensued regarding tax exempt projects
Committee Member LewJacobs left the meeting at 9: 18 a.m.
VIII. OLD BUSINESS
Discussion ensued regarding utilizing the Budget Advisory Committee Report, dated August 17,
20 1 1, at each Budget Oversight Committee Meeting as a reference.
