I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 6:OO p.m. by Chair Panczak.

Hathaway, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel.
Members Absent: None.

V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE

Provided an update on City Council approvals.
VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Randolph Hansen made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 10,2012 meeting
Howard Rosenkranz seconded.
Motion passed 7-0.
VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS
Those preparing to give testimony were sworn in.

PUDA-12-04-000036 PGA Commons Parcel 2 Planned Unit Development Amendment A
request from PGA Commons Land Trust to amend the site plan for the Rocco's Tacos Restaurant.
The PGA Commons Parcel 2 Planned Unit Development is located at the southwest corner of PGA
Boulevard and Hickory Drive.
Chair Panczak opened the public hearing.
Petitioner Presentation: Anne Booth, Urban Design Kilday Studios.
Staff Presentation: Senior Planner, Kathryn DeWitt.
Public comment: None.
Chair Panczak closed the public hearing.
Randolph Hansen made a motion to approve PUDA- 12-04-000036 with denial of color change
request to the torch poles.
Howard Rosenkranz seconded.
Motion passed 4-3 with Board Member Pennell; Board Member Rosenkranz and Board
Member Savel voting nay.
