The regular meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Chair Bucklev.

PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Timothy Frohling, Jacob Noble, William
Sonnenreich.
ABSENT: Jim Amsler, Howard Nass, Amie Schneider.

Council Liaison, Councilmember Marcie Tinsley; Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Tim Kasher;
Sports Director, Mike Kelly; Operations Coordina;tor, Laura Schuppert.

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chair Bucklev made a motion to approve the January 23,2012 minutes.
Vice Chair Frohling seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIASON
Council Liaison. Councilmember Marcie Tinslev City Park, Summer Market Nights.
VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Tim Kasher FRDAP annual meeting, National Parks and
Recreation Month, Summer Market Nights, Power-Point presentation titled Summer Camp meets
Gardens Art and Camp Gardens.
VIILOLD BUSINESS
Recreation Director. Staff Liaison Tim Kasher Power-Point presentation - City Park Master
Plan.
KNEW BUSINESS

XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
Jacob Noble voiced a concern about tennis courts constructed of concrete vs. clay.
XI. SET QUARTERLY MEETING DATE
The board requested Staff Liaison, Recreation Director Tim Kasher check the code for minimum
meeting requirements and then set the meeting for either October 15, 2012 or November 19,
2012.
