The regular meeting was called to order at 6:OO p.m. by Chair Bucklev.

Chistonher Dinolfo received oath of office as new member.

Board Member Nass seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.
Board Member Sonnenreich nominated Amie Schneider for Vice Chair.
Board Member Nass seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.

None.
VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the July 16,2012 meeting.
Board Member Sonnenreich recommended approval of the July 16,2012 meeting minutes.
Board Member Nass seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.

Congratulations on Chair and Vice Chair appointments; and excited to see comments on City
Park.

Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schunpert announced the year-round Green Market.
Chair Bucklev requested the board continue getting updates; wished everyone happy holidays.
Discussion ensued regarding the Gardens Park Concession Stand status.
