Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department. 2 MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, February 7, at 10:00 a.m., in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application: PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER CUMJ-13-01-000027 A request by the Velocity Community Credit Union for approval of a Major Condition Use Expansion to relocate the existing drive-up ATM machine from the building’s north façade to the drive through island adjacent to the by-pass lane. The after hour depository box will also be relocated under the existing canopy adjacent to the bank teller window. The subject site is 2.9 acres and located in the northeast corner of the Gardens Business Center (a.k.a Parcel 27.05/27.06). The Applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible.
