CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting was called to order at 6:OO p.m. by Chair Hansen. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. ROLLCALL Members Present: Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Roma Joseph, Charles Hathaway, Robert Savel, Meriel (Honey) Bryan sitting for Howard Rosenkranz. Members Absent: Michael Panczak, Howard Rosenkranz. Also Present: City Attorney, R Max Lob, Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS None. V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE CROWLEY The McDonalds petition including rezoning was approved at the last City Council Meeting. VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES None. VII. PUBLICHEARINGS Those preparing to give testimony were sworn in. 1. Recommendation to Citv Council Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING PCDA-12-10-000016: Old Palm PCD Amendment A request by the Old Palm Foundation, Inc. to amend the Old Palm Planned Community Development (PCD) seeking approval of a waiver hm Preserve Areas, Section 78-316 (i), entitled Minimum Separation, for Parcels A, B, and E. The Old Palm PCD is generally located at the northwest corner of PGA Boulevard and Central Boulevard. Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. Petitioner: Anne Booth, Urban Design Kilday Studios StaffPresentation: None. Public comment: None. Chair Hansen closed the public hearing. Board Member Savel made a motion to approve recommendation to City Council PCDA- 12- 1 0- oooO16. Chair Hansen seconded. Motion passed 6-0. 2. Recommendation to Citv Council Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) QUASIJUDICIAL HEARING PUDA-12-1e000044: Gordon and Doner PUD Phasing Plan A request by G & D Real Estate Holdmgs, LLC for approval of a phasing plan for the Gordon and Doner Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Gordon and Doner PUD is located at the southwest corner of Northlake Boulevard and Sunset Drive. Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. Petitioner: Messandria Kalfin Palmer, Cotleur and Hearhg SWPresentation: None. OLDBUSINESS Vice Chairman Pennell asked about the Dive Shop expansion status and was advised there has been no change in status. IX. NEWBUSINESS None.
