CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting was called to order at 6:OO p.m. by Vice Chair Pennell. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. ROLLCALL Members Present: Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Michael Panc& Roma Joseph, Charles Hathaway, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel. Members Absent: Chair Hansen. Also Presenk City Attorney, R Max Lob, Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS None. V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE CROWLEY None. VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Member Panczak made a motion to approve the minutes fiom the November 13,2012 meeting. Member Hathawav seconded. Motion passed 6-0. VII. PUBLIC HEXRINGS Those preparing to give testjmony were sworn in. 1. MISC-12-12-OOOO91: Trevi at the Gardens PUD Kennedy Homes, LLC is requesting an amendment to the Trevi at the Gardens Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the installation of a 16-foot high perimeter wall to be installed along a portion of the north property line and amend certain development order conditions of approval related to the timing and installation of certain improvements. The subject PUD is located at the southwest corner of Hood Road and Interstate 95. Vice Chair Pennell opened the public hearing. Petitioner: Steve Gravett, Homes by Kennedy. StafWresentation: Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowlev. Public comment: None. Vice Chair Pennell closed the public hearing. Member Panczak made a motion to approve MISC-12-12-000091. Member JoseDhs seconded. Motion passed 6-0. VIII. OLDBUSINESS None. E. NEWBUSINESS None.
