SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition MISC-13-02-000092 for the
Waterford Hotel Planned Unit Development (PUD) on March 14, 2013, at 10:30 a.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6,
2013. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., in the
Palm Beach Gardens Lobby Conference Room to review the following request:
PUDA-13-02-000092 for the Waterford Hotel Planned Unit Development
A request on behalf of the property owner, Greenway at the Gardens, LLC, for approval of landscaping
and site modifications related to the Art in Public Places approved for the project. The site is
approximately 1.85 acres and is located at 11360 US Highway 1.
