The regular meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Vice Chair Premuroso. 6
I. ROLL CALL 7
PRESENT: Tory Buckley, Robert Premuroso, Wendy Walker, David Lill, George Schmidt, 8
Ernest Volonte. 9
ABSENT: Mary Ann Hedrick, Phil Milton. 10
Tory Buckley arrived at 7:10 p.m. 11
II. FOLLOW-UP AND STAFF REPORT – VEST POCKET PARK 12
a. Mike Kelly – Vest Pocket Park renamed to Ilex Circle Green Space and gave presentation. 13
III. BOARD APPOINTMENTS – CODE REVIEW AND REVISION 14
a. Charlotte Presensky - presentation regarding upcoming board appointments and the wording 15
in the code of ordinances on same. 16
IV. DISTRICT PARK 17
Presentation – Charlotte Presensky and Jack Doughney regarding developing recreational open 18
green space, biking and walking trails and a recreation center. 19
Tory Buckley made a motion, seconded by Ernest Volonte to put numbers together to move forward 20
with development. 21
The motion passed unanimously. 22
V. COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS 23
Tory Buckley suggested a field trip to the District park property. 24
George Schmidt suggested a cover for the pool. 25
Discussion ensued regarding youth employment opportunities. 26
VI. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC 27

Ernest Volonte made a motion to adjourn. 30
George Schmidt seconded. 31
