1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
MISC-12-12-000091: Trevi at the Gardens PUD
Kennedy Homes, LLC is requesting an amendment to the Trevi at the Gardens Planned Unit
Development (PUD) to allow for the installation of a 16-foot high perimeter wall to be
installed along a portion of the north property line and amend certain development order
conditions of approval related to the timing and installation of certain improvements. The
subject PUD is located at the southwest corner of Hood Road and Interstate 95.

site plan for 75 townhome units
July 12, 2012: City Council adopted
Resolution 70, 2012 approving a
modification to the timing of the
installation of the fountains within the
lake
Subject Request
1.Applicant desires to further screen the
southbound lanes of I-95 from the
community
a.16-foot high wall proposed along north
property line running from east to west for
a distance of 90 feet.
b.Wall located adjacent to Hood Road bridge
c.Landscaping on both sides of wall proposed.
