MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING HELD
March 18, 2013
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 3:01 PM. at Council
Chambers, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Those persons present were:

REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 30, 2012 AUDITED
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Ms. McNeill explained that a representative from Cherry Bekaert was present at the
February 2013 meeting to review the draft financial statements. Now the final statements
have been issued and therefore the board will need to review and approve them before
they can be released. Ms. McNeill noted that the only difference between the draft copy
that was presented to the board back in February and the final statements present today, is
that the mortgage backed securities where reclassified. This reclassification does not
change or impact any of the plans assets.
A motion was made by Tom Murphy to approve the September 30, 2012 Audited
Financial Statements as presented. The motion was seconded by Mark Joyce and
carried 3-0.
Mr. Murphy asked Ms. McNeill to follow up with the Actuary regarding the September
30, 2012 Actuarial Valuation Report and the 2012 employee benefit statements.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 3:07PM.
