6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:01p.m. by Chair Buckley.

19 Board Member Frohling made a motion to approve the November 19,2012 minutes.

24 Recommendation to add a plaque or memorial for victims of Newtown CT at one of our parks.

31 A. Minor amendment to approved master plan for Plant Park.
32 City Engineer, Todd Engle gave a presentation.
33 Board Member Frohling made a motion to approve the amendment to approved master plan for
34 Plant Park.
35 Vice Chair Schneider seconded.
36 Motion passed 5-0.
37 B. Compassionate Friends reflective garden at Lakeside Community Center.
38 Recreation Director, Laura Schuppert gave a presentation and distributed a fact sheet.
39 Discussion ensued regarding including the Newtown Memorial or keeping it separate from the
40 Compassionate Friends reflective garden at Lakeside Community Center.

46 The board unanimously selected the Quarterly Meeting Date for May 20,2013.
