7 The regular meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.

16 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES the minutes from the January 25,2012 meeting.
17 City Manager Designee, Anderson-Pickle made a motion to approve the January 25, 2012
18 Minutes.
19 Trustee, Laljie seconded.
20 Motion passed 3-0.

24 a. Review of Investment Report.
25 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

28 Trustee Laljie suggested Jamie Smith be invited to the meetings.
29 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens advised the next meeting will be in early 2013, possibly
30 February.
