SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) for Petition PUDA-13-05-000050 –
Nature’s Hideaway Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment on June 11,
2013, at 10:00 a.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, May
24, 2013. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s
Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional
copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at 10:00a.m., in
the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PPUD-13-03-000029
A request by Fowler White Boggs P.A. for the Nature’s Hideaway Homeowners’ Association to
amend the environmental requirements established by Ordinance 30, 1995 and associated documents
for the properties located off of Prosperity Farms Road within the Nature’s Hideaway Planned Unit
Development.
