SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PUDA-13-04-000049
for the Miller’s Ale House expansion within the Promenade Plaza Planned Unit
Development (PUD) on May 28, 2013, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2013.
Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given
to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code. Should
you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 2:00 p.m.
in the Palm Beach Gardens Lobby Conference Room to review the following request:
PUDA-13-04-000049 for the Miller’s Ale House Outdoor Seating Addition within the Promenade Plaza
Planned Unit Development (PUD).
A request on behalf of the property owner, RIS Properties Inc., to approve the addition of a 1,875 square
foot outdoor seating area with a bar to the existing 5,814 square foot restaurant. The subject site is an
outparcel of the Promenade Plaza, and is located at the northeast corner of Alternate A1A, and
Lighthouse Drive.
