SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) for Petition PPUD-13-03-000029 – Kolter
Homes Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning on May 10, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday,
April 23, 2013. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013, at 10:00a.m., in the
City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PPUD-13-03-000029
A request by Kolter Acquistions LLC to rezone the property located at 9725 North Military Trail to
have a Planned Unit Development (PUD) overlay and maintain the underlying zoning district of
Residential Low Density 3 (RL3) to accommodate 21 Single Family homes.
