MILITARY TRAIL, PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL 33410-4698 DRC Meeting for 4100 PGA Boulevard December 11, 2012 Page 2 Page 2 of 2 MEETING DATE A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in the Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application: Petition CUMN-12-12-000024 – Requesting minor conditional use approval for an instructional and professional studio at 4100 PGA Boulevard in Loehmann’s Plaza The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that the Development Review Committee is the deciding body for minor conditional use petitions. At this meeting, the DRC will decide to deny or approve the above petition, with or without conditions. REQUEST FOR COMMENTS Please provide your comments on the subject minor conditional use petition to Pamela Chanitz, Development Compliance Planner, Planning and Zoning Department, no later than 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Code of Ordinances. Should you have no comments, please send me an e-mail to that effect for the record. Hard copies of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department. Receiving your comments by December 26, 2012, will allow staff time to compile and forward comments to the applicant in a timely manner to ensure proper direction, LDR requirements, and other pertinent information being conveyed.
