6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. by Chair Marciano.

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Marciano, Vice-Chair L. Marc Cohn, Phillip Woodall.
11 ABSENT: Marilyn Lew-Jacobs, Mark Feldmesser.
12 ALSO PRESENT: Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso; Finance Administrator, Staff
13 Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-

17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES fortheApril18, 2013 Meeting.
18 Board Member Woodall made a motion to approve the April18, 2013 Minutes.
19 Vice Chair Cohn seconded.
20 Motion passed 3-0.
21 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
22 Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso
23 Discussed the speech he gave at the PGA Corridor and his thoughts on the positive impact
24 speeches have for the residents.
25 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
26 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens
27 1. Update on status ofFY 2013-2014 budget.
28 Presented the FY 2014 budget calendar; provided update on the Golf Course Improvement
29 Project and the Police Benevolent Asssociation Contract.
30 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
31 Discussion ensued regarding the Budget Oversight Committee meeting schedule for FY20 14.
32 There was consensus of the board to discuss at a future meeting the schedule for FY2014 giving
33 the option to have the first meeting in April, but also have the option to have meetings sooner if
34 necessary.
