• The bridge and landscaping within
the LME provide an aesthetic
amenity and physical connection
for both the residential and
commercial portions of the PCD.
• The provision of sidewalks around
the buildings is consistent with the
purposes & intents of the MXD
District, and the applicant has
provided larger landscaping
specimens in the parking islands
and the planting areas around the
building as justification.
