Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING MISC-13-05-000095 – Gardens Plaza PUD A request from the property owner for an amendment to the Gardens Plaza Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow a principal tenant sign to exceed the maximum permitted square footage. The subject site is generally located on the southeast corner of PGA Boulevard and Fairchild Gardens Avenue. The Applicant is requesting approval of a site plan to accommodate a 21 home subdivision and an update to the Trinity United Methodist Church master plan. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE 21 CROWLEY Reported that there were two approvals at the May 2, 2013 City Council Meeting; 22 the Velocity Credit Union Drive through ATM and; the Regional Center. The petition for the 23 PGA Plaza was postponed to a date certain of June 6, 2013 per the request of the applicant. 24 VI. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING 16 PCDA-12-02-000013 – PGA Office Center PCD Amendment A request by Florida Power & 17 Light and Spearfisher Partners, LLLP. for an amendment to the PGA Office Center Planned 18 Community Development (PCD) (f.k.a. 5A / PGA Corporate Center) to approve 993,000 square 19 feet of office space and accessory uses.
