CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ill. ROLLCALL Members Present: Chair Randolph Hanse~ Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Michael Panczak, Roma Josephs, Charles Hathaway, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel. Members Absent: None. Also Present: City Attorney, R Max Lohman; Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS None. V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE CROWLEY None. VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES None. VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS Those preparing to give testimony were sworn in. 1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) -QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING PCDA-13-04-000018-Financial Center at the Gardens PCD Amendment A request by 3801 PGA Acquisition Company for a Planned Community Development (PCD) Amendment to modify a previously approved monument sign located at the Financial Center at the Gardens within the Regional Center PCD. The Financial Center at the Gardens is located at the northwest comer of Lake Victoria Gardens Avenue and PGA Boulevard. Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. Petitioner: Don Hearing, Cotleur and Hearing. StaffPresentation: Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. Public comment: None. Chair Hansen closed the public hearing. Board Member Josephs made a motion to approve PCDA-13-04-000018-Financial Center at the Gardens PCD Amendment. Board Member Rosenkranz seconded. Motion passed 7-0. 2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing)-QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING PCDA-13-03-000017 -Downtown at the Gardens PCD Amendment A request by Downtown at the Gardens Associates, Ltd. for an amendment to the Downtown at the Gardens site plan to add a 0.28-acre parcel to the subject site and make parking modifications. Downtown at the Gardens (DTAG) is located at the southeast comer of Alternate AlA and Gardens Parkway and is approximately 49 acres. Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. Petitioner: Don Hearing, Cotleur and Hearing. Staff Presentation: Senior Planner, Kathryn DeWitt.
