SUBJECT: CUMN-13-02-000026 – Request for a minor condition use approval for a
bank/financial institution with a drive-through at 11340 U.S. Highway 1 [existing
Wendy’s Fast Food Restaurant]
Pursuant to Section 78-52(c), Minor Conditional Uses, The Development Review Committee shall
approve, with or without conditions, or deny the minor conditional use application.
MEETING DATE:
Your previous comments regarding the subject DRC petition have been addressed by the Applicant.
Therefore, a DRC meeting will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 2:00p.m. in the City Hall
Lobby Conference Room to approve, with our without conditions, or deny the minor conditional use
application.
