Permits shall be required for a fire barrier to separate the retail from the proposed dance studio in accordance with FBC 302.2 and 302.3. Prior to the issuance of the occupational license for the Dance Studio, the applicant shall apply for a sign permit for review and approval by the City. 2. Should the City receive noise complaints associated with the Dance Studio, the applicant shall be required to further soundproof the Dance Studio within 30 days of the City's notification of the applicant.
